Allo Syndicates is a platform for early-stage crypto investing. It lets qualified investors join private funding rounds for new startups and token projects, pooling capital alongside professional funds and experienced crypto communities that lead each deal.
Who can invest through Allo?
Access is limited to qualified and accredited investors. You complete a one-time verification and KYC process, and once approved you can participate in any syndicate on the platform, subject to each round’s specific terms.
How do I invest in a syndicate?
Browse open syndicates, review the lead investor and their live deal flow, then commit to a round in a few clicks. Allocations, vesting schedules and distributions are handled and settled transparently on-chain.
What are the fees?
Allo charges a transparent carry on realised gains, with no hidden management fees on your committed capital. Individual syndicate leads may set their own carry, always disclosed up front before you commit.
How is my investment custodied?
Positions settle on-chain and remain self-custodied wherever possible, giving you full transparency over your allocations, vesting and any secondary opportunities between members.
